With their 1 year old twins and 3 year old boy Liz and Richard really have their hands full! They are such a lovely family and I had the pleasure of photographing them a couple of weeks ago in their St Albans home and we made the most of their amazing garden.

I had the great pleasure of meeting Neil and Cheryl for the first time back in February for a session with their baby daughter.
This time it is Neil’s mum who commissioned me to photograph her two sons’ families, especially capturing the lovely relationship between the two gorgeous little cousins. Here are my favourites from the session.
Last weekend I had the pleasure to meet Catherine and Mark in their lovely St Albans home. They have three beautiful daughters aged 5, 3 and 1 and I really enjoyed photographing them on this sunny Sunday morning.
Catherine and Mark asked me to take some photos of the girls together which is always a challenge when young children are involved so I was pleased to get a few shots with the three of them! Here are some group shots and some portraits of the girls on their own or interacting with their parents.
I love it when everything comes together for a good shoot. Last Saturday the weather was just right: nice and warm but not too hot with just enough clouds to gently cover the bright sunshine. This together with an overgrown garden as Clare and Leo were in the middle of moving into their new house were a great set up for some fun family shots. The children (cool big brother J and super cute little sister R) were excited to run around in the garden, look for frogs in the pond, play with mum and dad and generally be happy!
I had such trouble narrowing down my favourites that I thought I would include them all, it’s my blog so why not!
“Sunshine!” shouted 2 year old L, very excited about being able to run around wearing her summer dress in a beautiful sunny day. So much so that she didn’t really have much time to stop and pose for some photos! Here are some of the action shots I managed to capture of the very cute sisters L and A last Sunday morning.
I love going back to families I have photographed in the past and see how much the children have grown and developed. I first photographed Laura and Paul’s family over 3 years ago when their son M was just 4 weeks old. They have asked me to come back this year to photograph their family again including their beautiful baby daughter.
It was great to see M as a “big boy”, he was so chatty and made a point of correcting my pronunciation of the French towns on his Little Red Train roadmap.

When I arrived at Chris and Danielle’s house, 5 month old baby A was just finishing her morning nap. As we tip toed into her bedroom, she woke up with a lovely smile and made my heart melt with her beautiful blue eyes, what a treat! She was a great model and I can’t wait to see how she’s grown for our next session at the end of the year.
I was so spoilt this morning as I got to photograph two truly beautiful children and their lovely mum Aibilin. Mum and kids all have the same hair colour, so photogenic! Aibilin was after some photos of the three of them to put up in their new house but I could resist taking a few extra ones of the children on their own and 7 year old N. loved posing for me with her amazing wavy hair and beautiful smile.
I had a hard time narrowing down my favourites so here is a whole bunch for you:
I have had the privilege of photographing Wendy and Tim’s growing family for the past three years, from Wendy’s first pregnancy to the arrival of their second child. It is always a great pleasure to return and see how much the children have grown from one photo shoot to the next!
Here is a small selection from our latest session a couple of weeks ago:
Yuval contacted me last year to book a Bump to Baby package as a surprise present for his wife Maya. They already had two lovely boys and whole family was such a pleasure to photograph, I was really looking forward to their baby girl’s arrival. An outbreak of chicken pox got in the way for a while but last week I was finally able to meet them all again with the wonderful addition of baby A. The boys seemed to be have grown a lot in this short period, N had lost his first milk tooth and E’s curls had been replaced by a smart boy’s haircut. I feel very privileged to have met them and to have been able to capture the family as 4 became 5!
Here are a few photos from the second session, I had real trouble picking my favourites as they were so many!
